Job Description:
Are you ready to join a dynamic team? Sagility is on the lookout for a Customer Support Executive in Bangalore! This is a non-sales role where you'll provide dedicated customer support in a top-notch work environment. Your main responsibility will be to help insurers fulfill their obligations by receiving, investigating, and acting on claims filed by insured individuals. This role involves various administrative and customer service tasks, including reviewing claims, conducting investigations, making adjustments when needed, and either processing payments or denying claims.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You can apply if you have completed 10+2, 10+3, or hold any graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Flexibility to work US night shifts and rotational shifts is a must.
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 32 years.
